Authenticity Works, LLC is committed to maintaining your privacy. All of our interactions (conversations, e-mails, faxes, etc.) will remain strictly confidential.  I will not share any information provided by you with anyone without your express consent.  All information is stored on a secure server which is password protected.  This statement explains our practices.  Our policy is available on our homepage and every page where personal information is requested. 

WHAT WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT:

On some pages of our web site you can order and pay for services or products, subscribe to our newsletter, make requests and submit names of friends.  The types of personal information on these pages are:
Name
Address
E-mail
Phone number
Credit/Debit Card information (encrypted for your protection)

Information you submit for the newsletter, products and/or services will only be used for that purpose.  You have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe at anytime.
Any personal identifiable information you submit on AuthenticityWorks.com website for the purpose of making request, subscribing, registering and/or paying for services or products will not be sold, rented, given or shared.  The exceptions are:

• if this information is ordered by a court of law. 
• From time to time, I may use a situation from your coaching experience as an analogy in another client’s session or in a public setting such as a newsletter or a seminar.  In this case, I will not use your name, business name and will refer to the situation in such a way that you will not be identifiable to others
• those working for Authenticity Works, LLC who ship products, perform  a service or maintain our database.(N.B. Credit card information is encrypted and not available to any of these parties.)
